Prof. Yossi Chait
Dr. Yossi Chait is a Professor in the department of Mechanical & Industrial Engineering at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, USA and is the Director of Control in Biomedical Systems lab. His recent research focus lies at the interface of engineering, mathematics, and medicine. Prof. Chait also holds a non-clinical appointment at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, MA, USA, a Visiting Professorship at the Technion, Israel, and is the scientific director of the Innovation Center, American Renal Associates.

Prof. Emeritus Joseph Horowitz
Dr. Joseph Horowitz is a Professor Emeritus in the department of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, USA. His current research interests include biomedical applications of statistics, random processes, dynamical systems and control theory, decision analysis, and risk analysis.
